During the year off from Blip

I really got into running .. I’d started just before I lost the blip mojo .. I did a 10k in Sutton park with Me Jooolie ... just before the Covid crisis became known we had started getting Tits McGee and DDLC involved in a couch to 5k .. obviously that all stopped . Now we’ve started again ... DDLC is in Devon so she had a lucky escape this time ;-)
