Jersey Cow in Jersey :)

Had a lovely early walk with friend M and doggy Jack. We headed up a nearby narrow road which is steep and windy and full of higgledy piggledy houses and gardens, and in the gaps where you can see beyond the buildings, amazing views over the town. 

It soon turned into open countryside and we came upon a little herd of pretty Jersey cows; this one was happy to pose. Next we dropped down into a wooded valley, and then back to town along the seafront. Wonderful diversity of environment!

The rest of the day was spent stocking the fridge and slogging - and I do mean slogging - over a synopsis that refuses to be concise!
