Mumday

She didn't disappoint and turned up unannounced at 1130. We drank tea and talked alot and then we rang Carol who was eating her lunch. After a quick chat I said I'd ring her back.. Which I did several times but then managed to get her just before dinner. This time she told me she couldn't stop and talk as she was just leaving work and would ring me when she got home... Then she hung up... Ohh!

Did a good dust in the lounge and hoovered despite not going in for a while. Then I dusted the Dining Room and hoovered through and had a good sort out in there.

I roasted a small gammon which I had fir dinner with a big salad and then some of Mums apple pie... Wow best I've tasted in a while...

Quite a productive day despite feeling a bit lazy.

Cool and feeling cold tonight.

Oh yes and I sorted out mums car insurance - saved her over a £100 so she was very happy.
