Bracket Fungi

A fairly leisurely Sunday for a change. We went out for a walk over lunch. not getting back until gone 2.00pm. The weather improved as the day went on, quite nice at 6.00pm, cool with a northerly breeze earlier

Didn't do very much after that apart from prepare dinner and cook some apples for the freezer. Pottered a bit in the garden feeding cucumbers and tomatoes and planting out a few more lettuces in troughs.

I was going to post a photo of some pretty cyclamen until we spotted this rather fine fungus growing along Sandy Lane.
