White Peak...

Up very early to head up to RACH (Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital) with Alan. Got here on time but then got lost in the hospital grounds! Finally found the right place.

Alan's had some custard (that's all he's allowed to eat) had his first two cups of very yucky medicine and is now settled in his own room arching a DVD. He's been very straight faced all say until we pulled one of his Tess Daly photos from his bag. She gota huge smile.

Everyone we have met so far has been wonderful. It makes a stressful situation so much better to bear.

Fingers crossed our boy has a peaceful night as he's shattered. He's going to theatre in the morning so all being well he should be discharged in the afternoon.

Now all I have to do is convince myself that my little single room in the parent accommodation is really a 5 star hotel :))
