Day out...

I had a day out to Martin Mere today (first visit for me since lockdown). The sun was shining & it all felt very safe with everything that they have done. This kingfisher was right in front of the hide as I walked in and stayed there for a a good 15 minutes or so. While I was watching him, I saw a barn owl nipping around the corner. I kept my fingers crossed that 'Barnie' would come back, but it didn't.
