Lamb chops

Marinated in smoked garlic and rosemary. Cooked with sliced green tomatoes.

At this time in the August Bank Holiday I would be eating Jerk chicken at Notting Hill Carnival. No Carnival this year for obvious reasons.

I could have cooked chicken but it's not the same if it hasn't been barbecued over a wood fire made in an oil drum.

Until next year... hopefully.
