Gluten Free Pizza

Once again I have spent much of the day doing indoor jobs.
 
Today’s picture is of the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten. In fact probably the best one ever, since I do not recall having eaten a “normal” pizza. It was produced by Newport Pizza, which has a kiosk on the railway station, which is about one hundred metres from my home. They have been trading there for quite a while now, but they have only just started making gluten free ones. I have in the past made my own pizza, not any more; my husband also declared his the best pizza he ever had ever eaten.

The temperature today was fourteen degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
