Two bees ,or not two bees

That was the question and it took me an hour to answer it. You probably could have done it much faster , but this Common Drone Fly  was about an inch in size and fuzzy  so it took me about 45 min of trying every bee ID site I could find before I realized it might be a mimic. I plead being overly tired form a day of gardening . 
The extra ( because I haven't figured out how to post a split shot yet)  is a bee. I think it is a striped sweat bee, though it might be a miner bee . Again , I am pleading fatigue. It's better than pleading cluelessness. Though that might , in this case, be more accurate. :)) good night.
