Smoking!

My brother in law Chris made us home smoked beef brisket today! It took him around six hours of tending the smoker, graduated additionally oak and cherry logs and keeps the temperatures just right. The result was delicious, very moist and tender accompanied by home made pickles and coleslaw. 
It was also National Moth Night and Rob had a good selection of southern moths, including a ten centimetre convolvulus hawk moth and Large Thorn. (See extras).
