Unidentified Flying Insect.

Today was finally a nice day. So I was out in with the camera to get some photos and saw this Bee/wasp on the Buddlleia. I have never seen one of these before, however we went out on a walk along a canal geocaching. this meaning I didn't have enough time to do some research about them. So I will be doing some in the morning.
