A clear out

Today I finally began to sort out some of my storage boxes from the loft.  This climbing protection has not been used for ~30 years and is not really safe to pass on to anyone else.  The metal parts are probably OK but the sewn and tied slings would all need replacing and anyone taking it would only have my word for it that none of it has had to hold a serious fall.  Our son tells me the Friends (bottom right) with their rigid centre bars are distinctly old school!  They now look like this.

So sadly - it all has to go!

The box of redundant electronic bits (in the extra) is almost equally as sad, just not quite so painful to let go of!
