After a busy week it was good to get down to the beach for a while this afternoon. In the morning I had to take my bike into Halfords to get the brakes adjusted. I think I nearly wore them out with braking going down hills in the holidays. It's funny to think I used to love  going downhill rather than up. These days with the electric bike going up hill is much more preferable to downhill as I'm much more of a coward the older I get!
The extras are  some seagulls that I think ended up looking more like a painting and a seal that I saw at the Bridge of Don on the way down to the beach.
