On the move

A relaxed start to the long weekend which is a rather colder one with mixed weather. I took a walk to the local butchers before returning home for some breakfast and some NRL Rugby League . and a trip to Tesco to get a few bits that we needed today including some Alcohol for this evening. After a spot of lunch we went for a quick drive to search out a blip. We decided to go to Boultham park where there was plenty of House Martins and Swallows dashing around feasting on flies and insects ready for their long flight to their winter homes. 
I took a few shots around the park and then decided to try my hand at getting a shot of one of them.  Not the best of shots a little grainy and not fully sharp and flying away from me but very happy with this one considering the speed they was going .

Back home for an afternoon of super League 2 games the 1st one saw wigan pull off a fine win against Castleford . Rugby League celebrates its 125th Birthday today after been formed in The George hotel in Huddersfield. Due to Covid it was a low keyed birthday celebration.
Film night tonight watching the 2nd Ouija film and a few beers .
