What is it?

I found this lying in the road on one of our walks!  I have no idea what it could be so I’m hoping someone in Blipland can tell me! 

I suppose it’s silly to pick up stuff but when it’s interesting or intriguing I do!  It’s been well disinfected!  I think it could be a derelict Sunday shot?
