Invalid diet, the only shot I've taken today. Did a wash this morning , I was so cold put the heating on so that helped to get the washing dry.
The outing that was arranged for today has been abandoned due to the cold, wind and general health. Hey ho tomorrow's another day.
There been a lot of birds on the feeder this pm , I think they were Great Tits , certainly active .
