more baking today!

after a weekend doing uni work and spending time with my brothers i thought i would be well rested to go back to doing lots of work today...

but i wasn't! my mind just wasn't in it. so i ended up baking more gingerbread instead which i will no doubt be taking to uni and forcing upon people as again i have made way too much for our four person household to eat...

but it was therapeutic none the less! and the gingerbread turned out fab! :)
