suprise baking!

Im glad ive managed to back blip this one!

This is the rainbow layer cake ive been so busy making for one of my best mates 21st birthdays tomorrow! its taken me ages and was a little stressful as so many things could have gone wrong!

i made it as a surprise as she wont be spending her actual birthday at home and whether we are at uni or not everyone deserves a cake on their birthday! especially their 21st!

so i thought to make it extra special i would make it rainbow! cue a few hours of plodding round newcastle with my other mate trying to find decent food colouring (thank goodness for the wonder that is lakeland!) and then a good 5 hours making this!
