What kind of sourcery is this?

I'm a self confessed food snob but when I looked in the larder cupboard for something to have for lunch, I couldn't resist this Paella. I don't know how they do it, but from this little box with its bag of rice, checmicals and dehydrated prawns comes a delightful dish of food.

I love the way it says 'genrous portion' on the box. It used to be labelled as 'serves 2'. Another sign of the 'Supersize' culture that is feeding the obesity problem in this country.

True sourcery or should I say sauce(ery) and one of my guilty pleasures
