Good advice......

......oh yes, I intend to do most of that lot today......I've already done the 'clean' one (I made the mistake of watching a TV programme about the Black Death this morning and felt obliged to muck out the fridge to prevent another global pandemic......so fear not, you can sleep safe in your beds tonight blippers!)......mind you, I'm counting that as 'exercise', 'mop' and 'wear your rubbers' too.......
