Coffee Selfie

The only picture I took today. I won’t post many selfies. The fact that I am at all is speaking volumes about my growth over the last few months. My friend Glenn’s morning coffee selfies from friends has “forced” me into taking one a day. Doing so has been a big step in learning to like myself.
