Amaretti imposters

A weekend in Inverness with friends led us to these after dinner Amaretti biscuits. They are always fun to eat as they remind me of wrappers flying around Italian restaurants when I was little. This one however was a great disappointment, it didn't fly! We tried more and they didn't fly either, clearly impostors!
