Charmouth

It was lovely not having to get up to ‘go to’ work.

Having packed the car and said goodbye to the boys I drove to HtP’s house to collect him as we were going to Lyme Regis for the weekend. As I’ve previously said we had tickets to the folk festival but it’s been cancelled. We love Lyme Regis so we came anyway.

On the way we stopped off at Charmouth to have an ice cream and a walk on the beach. That’s the main image.

We’ve been out to dinner at a local pub. We were going to walk but it was pouring so we drove instead. A lovely first day.
