We went out for a walk this morning. The grasses are a lovely colour just now.

Caught up with some reading and researched some things this afternoon. My wife opted for a bit of weeding.

51 new coronavirus cases, zero deaths. Outbreaks and clusters seem actively managed. And new Police powers.

A highlight of the day was watching Edinburgh Rugby v Glasgow Warriors on TV this evening. The first game since start of lockdown was last weekend; but tonight’s was in front of a small local ticketed crowd (700) in the cavernous Murrayfield. I think it’s the first with a crowd in the U.K. Lots of
Covid19 precautions - the National Clinical Director of the Scottish Government was present to review. The game has indexed forward slightly at amateur level. Our younger son spoke of it last night.

Family are well. Weekend for the workers. They’re glad.
