A quick visit to the River Gardens on the bank of the R. Derwent came up with a fleeting sight of a kingfisher and this cormorant, along with the normal geese etc.
Getting a few things tidied up as we are off on our next staycation tomorrow, to Pembrokshire. That's a 5 hour plus journey but hopefully worth it when we get there. Today was actually cold so we are definitely hoping it warms up a tad.
