Azara Microphylla

This box leaf is part of the willow family. It's new to me and has only been in the garden for less than 2 years.

I forgot that it has has these late winter tiny yellow flowers. They smell like vanilla. Glorious. I'm feeling a lot better late this afternoon and I can smell the vanilla so back to work tomorrow.

Jasper did his part for his household, he brought me a bird. :-{ Tomorrow he'll have 4 bells on his collar.
