Lace cap

I had to cut a flower off the hydrangea as it was far too windy to photograph it outside. This one is like a triffid. MrM almost razed it to the ground last year and it’s a massive bush again now.
We bit the bullet and booked a night at Appleby Manor in Cumbria for the end of September. We got a voucher for it last Christmas from our son. I scrutinised the Covid19 measures in place there and the they look ok.  I’m taking my own pillow though.
