Be prepared!!!!!!

This is what the best dressed community midwives are apparently wearing this season.
Just finished my night shift with a lovely birth of a little boy, when one of our senior community midwives came onto the birth unit.
As it was still snowing outside she had put an extra layer on under her trousers & this was the result-put a smile on my face.
Of into the snow now to sort the bird feeders out-poor hungry birds.
