Go Ahead!

Had a big presentation to deliver to our Exec team today, my strategy for the next few years.  Unlike some of the other senior team, I suspect I'm ahead of the game as I've put a lot of work into my strategy and know where I want to take the business.  All seemed to go well and I got the go ahead to carry on what I'm doing.  Whohoo!

Even managed while there was banging and bashing next door.  I love noise!

No time for a proper blip again but I do love the way this hydrangea is changing colours now, from the bold blue throughout summer into these pink tinges now.
