Last Day

Rehab Backblip
It was my last day at the cardiac rehab. I feel fitter and thinner - I just hope I keep it up when I get home. I saw my cardiac doctor yesterday who changed a couple of my medications and made some recommendations.  
It was a lovely day - I went for a last swim then read for a while in the gardens. This butterfly kept me company for ages and I was able to get in nice and close.
