Healthy habits
I'm struggling big time to clean up my diet. My oncologist has told me how important being healthy, losing weight, and exercising is but I'm struggling to get into it.
I've been cooking more and eating my 5 serves of daily veggies but doing exercise and not having sugar is proving very hard. Im still very tired and I'm definitely a sugar addict.
Ergh, it's hard to be healthy.
