Morning Run

THURSDAY WFH Day #104

After an hour’s work I forced myself out of the door for a 6km run up to Norland Moor and back. I ran my normal route in reverse and afterwards was surprised that a couple of the segment times were close to my PB. Must try harder next time.

The corn in the fields up by the moor has been harvested and ploughing is underway.

Fresh baked cinnamon swirls for breakfast afterwards. Worked for the remainder of the day.

After a bright start the rain has now arrived.
