Dropped into to see my Mum in West Lothian for a couple of hours this morning. Had a good catchup - took a photo of one of the colourful paintings which adorn her walls.

After that another session at the Infirmary- combined with a meeting with my consultant. First face to face since February. Reasonably up beat all thing’s considered.

Watched another episode of Life on Mars and excellent art programme on Senegal.
