'Lava Rock Sizzling Steak.......'!

Does anyone else enjoy their steak like this....................?
Out for dinner tonight with hubby as tomorrow is his birthday....
And this was his dinner......'Steak On A Stone'........
not my best of shots but I think I captured the incredible massive heat of the 'stone'
with the effect of the steam rising and the bubbling juices......!
your steak comes more-or-less raw with this and you cook it to your own liking..
you should have heard the sizzling....amazing!!!
He enjoyed every bit with all the trimmings.......
but did say something about being taken out to dinner......and then having 'to cook it himself'!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a 'Tower Burger' ....with all the trimmings....
and boy was it a 'tower'....way too much for me as I'm not a huge meat eater.....so I brought the half of it home to Kitty......who was very appreciative......
he's gone off to bed now licking his lips......!!!!

Hope all had a good weekend...(shame Ireland lost the Rugby match)...
other than that it was a great one here.......!
