Varying Stages of Agriculture

The wheat is still to be cropped in the near field, the barley has been lifted and the soil turned in the second field and the third field was the one I was watching on Sunday.  So the barley has been gathered but the field still needs tilling.

After expending some energy this afternoon I called into a friend's for afternoon tea.

ps  I had a cracking night's sleep last night.
