To Auntie Bettina! 'Twas good to see you... (and the clotted cream.)

Gave myself a bit of a day off today, after covering the dining table with papers for the whole of yesterday, so C and I popped into Bromley. She's so good to shop with that I actually almost enjoy it! Next time we'll have a bit longer and stop for a drink.

Then swimming training with H- 600m fly work- including two 50s at the end. I impressed myself by not drowning, but apparently my timing is still wrong. Still, I think I just about earned my share of Bettina's birthday high tea with homemade scones (rhyme with con please) and cake. Thanks, Mum.
