Tapiola Church

The blipchurch of the week is Tapiola Church in Espoo, Finland by architect Aarno Ruusuvuori (1965).

The form is quite aschetic, and there's much those who think that this church is too simple and it reminds a bunker, but I find it very beautiful.

I like the honest roughness and concrete concreteness of this concrete sanctuary.
