Whichever it is, I found it walking facedown on the back door just as I got out of my car, on my way to our organic produce co-op (extra #1, just before it opened). I'm expanding the variety of products I buy there to meat. The farmer was there, he sells directly to the co-op, no intermediaries, and the farm is less than 20 km away. I know raising cattle is resource-consuming, but at least the animals don't travel 100 km to be killed and the meat doesn't travel another 100 km to be sold...
