Celeriac soup recipe
Peel and chop celeriac, carrot and a couple of potatoes
Chop onion
1.5L stock

Pop everything in slow cooker/ oven and when cooked whizz it up.

I added a bit of (soya) milk to mine to make it more creamy.

Cycled to pool and did 700m :D
