Happy New Year!

The Chinese New Year, year of the Water Snake begins. The opening parade in Paris started at Hotel de Ville. It was cold and snowing but the crowds gathered all the same. It was wonderfully loud and colourful, but apparently the closing cermony next Sunday is to be even more spectacular!
