Anniversary

58 years ago my parents married. Today my dad is wondering how 58 years went so fast. He also wonders how just one year ago he had no idea that it would be his last anniversary he would have with mom.
They have been an amazing example of how to love. Dad's advice is simple - hold hands. He wishes for one more day to hold mom's hand.
Extra: one of the last photos I took of my parents last September as we left Home Depot - we did not know mom had cancer until 2 weeks later. Dad lived his advice.
