Spanish style chicken bake.

I've had a lovely day in the kitchen today preparing a meal for one of my friends who came round this evening. Well i have to practice on someone! We started with this chicken bake which had potatoes, onion and chorizo sausage in and then i cooked a syrup apple sponge pudding which was yum. I even made some honeycomb crunchies which was great fun as the honeycomb frothed up manically in the pan. It worked though and tastes gorgeous.
Now i'm going to watch Call the Midwife that i recorded earlier. I love it. :-))
