WIP

Just one of the many unfinished projects dotted around the house (an inside out outdoor chair cushion for Mr B in ticking my Aunt gave me 10 years ago when she was having a clear out!)

Some finished desk work today and, in a day scheduled to the last minute, all went mostly to plan. A fraught meeting at the end of the afternoon, but the client (who was clearly either in a different Teams call or listening to a podcast throughout) said I was brilliant. Hmm. I’ll let him say that when the contract is signed.

Meanwhile, TallGirl sorted out her life and joined a library, and CarbBoy is reading a book. MrB has turned the hall into a lumberyard, but that’s hardly news. He read in the FT that the price of lumber has gone up, so he’s obviously trying to get in quick.

In earlier news, something has eaten big chunks out of some broccoli leaves, even though they’re netted and free of caterpillars.
