Pot of gold?

I think we have been luckier with the weather than some. It has been windy and there was some rain overnight and a few showers today, but speaking to my friend in Wales  both the wind and rain have been terrible there.
I have had a day of domesticity, resulting in two goat’s cheese and caramelised onion tarts and a considerable amount of bolognese sauce for the freezer.
