Yucky day weather wise.
Tiring day workwise.
The care clients I was with today, despite being lovely, all managed to leech out my energy and then I went and ironed for some friends for 3hrs.
My clients are all showing signs of decline. The lockdown has had a definite negative effect on their mental state.
Came home dizzy and tired.
Defrosted some turkey & blackbean chilli for an easy supper. three days off now - yay.
Little opportunity to take any photos so this is the little bit of buying I did in Leek on Saturday!
