this morning i had to cancel my trip to Holland to be t the wedding of my nephew.....his mum, my sis, died last year, his dad the year before ....
because of the increase of covid in Holland and our government advice i cannot get a travel insurance...... my nephew also works in epidemiology and he said with my medical history it would be to much risk for me as well....
i discovered that the English word for me does not express the deep sadness than the Dutch word: verdriet does.....

on a more positive side i just had a lovely surprise FaceTime with Tom, who is working in Fuerteventura. He loves the shows and fitness classes he does, and all that goes with it.....

ah and the blip is a very rare one.....i don’t often eat an egg.....:):)
