Happy Gotcha Day Lola!

I can't believe it is three years ago today that our second child this gorgeous girl came to live with us and changed our lives forever, for the better :-))

Oh the shock of a puppy in the house!  Much harder work than we realised but oh so worth it!  

Looking back she really was a dream puppy.  Always laid back and confident, full of fun, didn't chew anything she shouldn't, apart from a little nibble on a bit of skirting and a foot stool, although she was a digger!  And she did eat the rubber studs off one of her balls and the following day produced a poo that bounced!  But apart from that she was a dream :-))

But we were anxious new puppy parents and sometimes when I look back I feel sad that we didn't relax and enjoy her puppyhood more.  It's over so quickly.

But now we have a beautiful, sociable, loving, fun girl, who loves everyone and everything and wants to be everyone's friend.  She is great with people and other dogs and soooooooo laid back.  Never flinches at thunder or fireworks and makes us laugh every day with her antics.   And the love she generates.  So much love. 

Thank you Carole K for trusting us with one of your beautiful golden butter balls.  One of the best decisions we ever made :-)))

And as you can see from the extra, she owns the place!  :-))))
