A ray of sun!

Here it’s done nothing but rain!  Hope tomorrow improves!  Had the girls for our penultimate day with them before hols and school! Had a TH once they had guessed what that was! ;-)

Picture clues again for our little one and written ones for the elder!  Later a game of Beetle.  Throwing a pair of die and if you get a 6 you get a body, 5 a head etc.  GB soon lost interest but LM won!  

Made an apple flan but GB didn’t really like it. Ro and LM made up for that!   Also cut open a butternut squash I’ve had since before Christmas and made a soup!  It was excellent!  I am amazed at how long it’s kept! 

Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers including three sunflowers.  So here is a close up of one of them!
