Eat Your Heart Out, Ben Kingsley

My new challenge; Vipassana.

The goal is to sit, motionless, for two hours every day for ten days in a row, preferably from 4:30 to 6:30 am. I have been doing this every day for one week now and the best I have managed is one hour and thirty eight seconds, although I do need to change two or three times from seiza to lotus position. Apart from that, no motion at all, not even to scratch an itch.

I will master the two hours eventually.
