Trip hazzard

This is the trip hazzard that caused my fall last night. When I was at Physio this morning, he assured me I have not caused any damage as I would not be able to tolerate any of the treatment for my Back injury. My Physio is happy for me to run but feels I sould walk for 3 months allowing for core strength and stability. I have taken antiinflamatories to reduce the pain from last night.
